Chef Keawe began his career in the underground food scenes of San Francisco, helping avant-garde chefs and innovative catering companies deliver their unique cuisine in unconventional settings. From this experience, began a career of pursuing the freshest local and sustainable ingredients and transforming them in elegant and imaginative ways on a plate.
